PT Dakota Honey Bear is a powerful 2001 Perlino Quarter Horse mare. She is by JB Dakota Silk and JB Sandy Fox. Honey Bear is 15 hands, has perfect conformation. She has had over 90 days of professional training. Honey Bear has excellent ground manners, loves to be groomed; ties, trims, and loads beautifully. She has a very kind temperament and passes this trait on to her foals. Honey Bear would be a great asset to any breeding program as she is a 100% color producer. She will always pass on the dilute gene which produces Buckskins, Palominos, and Smokey Blacks. We have found her to be a very easy breeder. She shows well for stallions and geldings and has settled on her first breeding each time. Honey Bear has produced a Smokey Black Tobiano filly and a Smokey Black breeding stock filly when bred to a Black Tovero Paint stallion. She also produced a Buckskin filly when bred to a Sorrel stallion. Honey Bear is registered with both the American Quarter Horse Association and the American Paint Horse Association.
